What currency are the prices on the site?
All prices are listed in Euro.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 4–7 days for production before your order ships.
Average shipping time is 6–12 business days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3–5 days after your order has shipped.
If you do not receive a tracking number after 7 business days, please contact us at info@snoffie.com.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return it for a full refund.
Return shipping is at your expense. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund of your original purchase.
Please make sure to include your name and order number with the return.
Note: If your package is already in transit, you must wait for it to arrive before returning it.
Do you offer returns on personalized products?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged.
Please ensure all personalization details are correct before placing your order, as we cannot make changes once production begins.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You may cancel your order without penalty as long as it has not yet shipped.
If the order has already been dispatched, please wait for it to arrive and then use our return process for a refund (if eligible).
I entered an incorrect address, what should I do?
If you made a mistake when entering your shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible or email us directly at info@snoffie.com.
If the incorrect address is reported within 24 hours, we can update it.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address after the 24-hour window.
